The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) which tracks development activity in the Borough from April 2007 to March 2008. The AMR forms part of the Council’s Local Development Framework (LDF), which will lead to new planning policies and strategies for the Borough to 2021. The AMR also indicates how development in the area compares with national and regional house building ‘targets’.
